DBB/CC Grade Plywood
Our DBB/CC grade plywood is most worthy plywood if considering the prices and quality. The prices are competitive , but quality is much better than normal DBB/CC grade on the following features:
1. very flat, (normal DBB/CC grade plywood is not very flat),
2. nice face/back grade as pictures showing (normal DBB/CC grade plywood has lower grade surfaces),
3. core is strong, (normal DBB/CC grade made of low grade core veneers and the plywood is weak).
1.DBB/CC grade plywood
(1). Face/back : Okoume, Meranti, Luan, Bingtangor, Red Canarium, Red Hardwood, hardwood, Poplar, Birch
(2). The grade of face/back: DBB/CC grade F/B, i.e. DBB grade face, DCC grade back.
(3). Core: poplar, hardwood or other required-wood
(4). Usually the grade of the core: B grade,C+ grade
(5). Glue: MR glue, WBP(melamine), [or some other glue]
(6). Size: 1220X2440mm (4′ x 8′), 1250X2500mm
(7).Thickness: 2.0mm-30mm ( 2.0mm / 2.4mm / 2.7mm / 3.2mm / 3.6mm / 4mm / 5.2mm / 5.5mm / 6mm / 9mm / 12mm / 15mm / 18mm / 21mm-30mm or 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 7/16″, 1/2″, 9/16″, 5/8″, 11/16″, 3/4″, 13/16″, 7/8″, 15/16″, 1″ )
(8).Packing: Standard seaworthy packing.
2. The characteristics of DBB/CC grade plywood
(1). Some dead knots exist in the DBB grade face; big patches exist in the DCC grade back
(2). The plywood can be flat and smooth.
(3). There are some core gaps . However, the prices is very economical.
3. The common construction/quality-requirement of DBB/CC grade plywood
Customers usually require the DBB/CC grade plywood as the following:

4.The application of DBB/CC grade plywood
Use where appearance of face is not important and back is much less important for interior application as furniture; for exterior application as building materials , for good packing materials such as packing box.

About 10% of DBB/CC grade/or similar grade plywood are exported to Europe (EU) , USA, Canada , most of DBB/CC grade plywood are exported to Middle East, Africa and other countries.
