OSB Types

Our OSB boards are made from carefully selected raw materials including common woods such as poplar, pine, eucalyptus and other compatible species. The wood comes from responsibly managed forests, ensuring a sustainable supply chain. Logs are processed into long, thin strands or sheets that form the basic building blocks of OSB.

OSB Glue

We offer a variety of glue options to suit different requirements and applications:

MR (Moisture Resistant): MR glue, also known as interior glue, is a cost-effective option for interior applications where limited exposure to moisture is expected.
E2, E1, E0: These are the formaldehyde emission classes of the glues used in OSB manufacture. The emission level of E2 is higher, and the emission level of E1 and E0 is lower, meeting more stringent environmental and health standards.
ENF (Environmentally Friendly): ENF glue is designed to have minimal impact on the environment. It complies with strict environmental regulations and is suitable for projects where sustainability is a priority.
PMDI (polymerized diphenylmethane diisocyanate): PMDI glue has excellent bond strength and moisture resistance. It ensures the durability and stability of the OSB board, making it suitable for demanding applications.
WBP (Water Boiling) / Phenolic Glue: WBP and phenolic glue provide excellent water resistance, making OSB boards suitable for outdoor and moisture-exposed applications. They feature enhanced durability and dimensional stability.
Melamine: Melamine glue is known for its moisture resistance and excellent surface finish. It provides additional moisture protection and can be used in applications where moisture resistance is required.
